Accompanying a person to activities of their choice, including social or community related activities.

Light housework, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, and washing floors.

Light gardening, including weeding, cutting lawns, planting, washing balconies and clearing small plants from gardens.

Assisting with meal preparation and meal delivery. Including making homemade freezer ready meals.

Either accompanying a person to the shop or shopping for them in accordance with the person’s needs and any specific care plan.

Assisting a person with community sports, fitness, and daily exercise.

Providing social support to a person in their home or in the community.

Transporting clients in either my or the client's vehicle.
